We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and assist internal teams with administrative needs.
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Assist with internal communication, reporting, and document preparation
Support HR and finance teams with data entry and record keeping
Manage inventory and office supplies
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
Prior administrative experience is an advantage
